My guess is that in strategy-40,sales order will consider stock only if it first gets a PIR to consume.If there are no PIRs to consume,then it assumes that stocks are allotted to other sales orders,so the earliest new stocks can come is after lead time days.Just create a PIR (within consumption period of that sales order) and then try creating sales order.In strategy-40,stocks cannot be more than sum of sales orders and PIRs.查看原帖
