是Germans
German 是个可数名词.“他们”是复数所以加“s”,如果主语是单数就不加“s”,比如：He is a German.
表示“某国人”的名词一般有三种情况
1.Japanese、Chinese复数不变
2.Frenchman、Englishman、Dutchman等的复数 把a改为e
3.German、Russian、American、Indian、Italian、Korean等 复数加s
英语语法,有关国籍的!如果说他们是德国人,译成英语应该是they are German还是they are German
