In this paper,2006,1990,a time-series data of Jiangsu Province,Jiangsu Province of the environmental impact of economic liberalization,foreign direct investment inflow was found to improve the environment to some extent,while foreign direct investment is to improve the environmental quality of Granger reasons; and exports to some extent worsened the environment,while export growth Granger causes the increase of environmental pollution; foreign direct investment and exports,the interaction is beneficial to the improvement of environmental quality.These studies show that the "pollution haven" hypothesis is not established in Jiangsu Province,and Jiangsu Province,the pollution problem,mainly because large-scale enterprises in the province exports.
