agree to sth 是指“同意；允许；接受”.如：I fully agree to the arrangement and take delight in it [take it with delight].我完全赞成并乐于接受这一安排.

agree (with sb) (about / on sth) 意为“同意；（与某人）意见一致”.如：I agree with you on this point.在这一点上我同意你的看法.
