如同楼上回答的,因为find sth.adj + to + do 是固定的结构,而你说的find that ...其实后面跟的是一个从句,必须是句子,也就是说要含有动词,并不是省略了that 和be 的.相反,像find that +从句的结构是一定不能省略动词的（例如be或do).
