Notes for RTM3000 Electrical Installation are as below:

1、PROFIBUS通讯线必须单独穿线管.
PROFIBUS communication line must be threadedin the tube.
---PROFIBUS communication cable must go through the tube solely.
2、混砂机的变频器电机线必须单独敷设桥架,其他线不得敷入,以防干扰.The Motor wiring of Mixer frequency converter must travel on cabletray alone, and to prevent interference, no other cable is allowed to access.

强、弱电回路不得使用同一根电缆,应分别成束分开排列.
The return circuit of strong and lightcurrent shall not use the same cable, it’s must be bunched and arranged separately.
---The circuits of the power cables and nonpower cables are not allowed to use the same cable. They shall be bunched and arranged separately.
不同回路、不同电压等级和交流与直流的电缆线,不得穿入同一根管内.
The cables of different return circuit,different voltage class, for AC and DC shall not be threaded in a same tube.
---The cables from different return circuit,different voltage class or AC and DC, shall not go through a same tube.
电缆线穿管后,应在首端和末端设置电缆标志牌,标志牌上应写明编号、型号、规格及起止点等标记.
After the
cable is threaded in the tube, sign boards shall be set on the head and end of
the tube, on which codes, types, specifications, starting and ending points,etc. shall be indicated.
