是用的NOT SO...AS.句型!意思是什么和什么的某种程度不同.
如果用比较级的话,形容词应该有变化 ,单、双音节的形容词一般加ER,多音节一般在前面加MORE!而且比较级往往有副词THAN作为标志!
这句话用比较级应该说成：PEOPLE ONCE WERE MORE HONEST THAN THAY ARE NOW.
