Fellow students,
Today I'm going to foucs on the 'Value lives' .As we all know,everyone's life is only once in the world.Therefore,we should cherish our lives by doing several things to be mentioned below to keep them healthy and vigorious.
Firstly,there is nothing more basic to make us energetic than taking in nutritious food,like rice,meat,fish ,dairy products etc.
Secondly,the best way to stay health have to be acomplished via doing exercise,even if it is merely a short walk after every meal.
Thirdly,good sleep always play a big role to help us keep fit.We can invaribly be fresh and clear mind the fllowing morning after a sound night-sleep.
Finally,nice feeling constantly bring us positive attitude towards our lives. On the contrary,sadness ,prolonged stress or pressure only offer us what may be short life.
