  • A few days ago, my classmate, Sally and I were playing in the yard when I saw a biscuit on the ground. Some parts of the biscuit was wet, the other parts was dry. Several ants came and carried some dry biscuit crumbs away.Sally put a little piece of the wet biscuit next to a little hole inthe ground. “I think this one looks like an ant hole,” Sally said.Next, I saw lots of ants came out from the ant hole at once and they all climbed to the piece of biscuit that Sally put. Some ants pushed the piece of biscuit toward the hole, some lifted it up from the bottom, and some pulled it. One ant was at on the biscuit giving signs to the others ants and they got that little piece of biscuit back to the ant hole. I looked at the biscuit, there aren’t many ants there. So I put a little piece of biscuit near the ant hole, too. This time, more ants came. They climbed up the piece of biscuit, one ant at the top keep touching the other ants’ antennas with its own, I think it’s telling the other ants what they should do, and then the ants climbed down. After a while, the ants had finally got the biscuit in the ant hole.We put some other little pieces of the biscuit and went to play. But I still think about the ants as they work very hard when I play.
