We met some problems on trial-produce of XXXX.Details as below:
On the step H of the test procedure (see attached file) which requests that “adjust the DC electronic load for the 2.5A and verify the +12V output shuts down and the +12 LED dims”.
As we followed this instruction,however,when the electronic load was adjusted to 2.5A,the +12V output didn’t shut down and there was about 2.7V voltage measured.
Please check and advise following:
All of the three XXXX boards which changed materials as below e-mail’s requirement were failed on the test.
When the test ran to step 5.P of the test procedure (see attached file “TS-XXXXX.pdf”,on page 14),an error message “writing to redundant Nand…FAILED” appeared in the hyper terminal program.For details,please refer to the attached file "FAIL.JPG & Log file.txt” .
However,the 201559 boards which did not change materials passed on the test.
