Running is my favourite.It doesn`t take me too much money and I can do this sport on my own and run anytime I want.Runing is good for health.After doing my homework,I usually run for half an hour in the park near my home.It is healthy for me and I feel relaxed.In summer,I usually run in the evening because it is not hot.Sometimes I run in raining days and it is funny.Now I can run much faster than before.
Many people,when the begin running,shoot for the stars.I was one of those.Let me tell you right now:hold yourself back,and start out slowly.Progress gradually.It takes some patience,but this is the best advice I can give you,and I know that it’s important because of experience.
It’s best to start out very easy,at a slow jog,and focus not on intensity but on how long you’re on the road.
Do not overdo it in the beginning!
