Miss Mosely used to have iron deficiency,but now she has corrected it.She went to see the a doctor and accepted the doctor's advice to take good care of the food she eats,and included meat,fish,dates,beans,and some leafy gree vegetables in her diet.All the food are good sources of iron and readily absorbed by the body.In addition,she selected breads and cereals with the lable "iron-added" and ate Vitamin C to enhance the amount of iron absorbed.What is more,she stopped drinking coffee or meals that interfere with absorbed by the body.
