选A,此时的says不是单纯的说的意思,而是表示,显示,写到的意思,我们说:信中写到,也是用says表示写到.如果选B,is后面怎么能接过去时态的said呢,而且said本身是动词,除非在表示进行时时,前面要加be动词,否则是不用加be动词的.如果选C,它表示现在完成时,而此处只是表示一种状态:此书被凯特借了,而不是表示这台电脑从过去就显示此书已经被凯特借了.
