We know that do exercise is good for our health.We can relax ourselves and keep fit by doing exercise,especially for girls,they can keep slim.
But if you don't do exercise,you may always be ill,and may become fatter and fatter.That's so bad!
So,if you want to keep healthy,you should do exercise at least an hour a day.You should go walking after supper.
