Nowadays,there comes to a rising types and forms of new media,the way people recieve information is more and more instant、various、convenient and international.we are supposed to make a sufficient recognize of the impact and condition of the leader's management to which the new media——internet brings,and internet construction、application and management should be highly valued to improve leaders with the ability of interaction with new media quickly,it‘s also new requirement for leaders to effectively guide the right pubulic voice from a view of the new history conditions.
