  • Abstract:Design principle and realization method of NC DC regulated power supply are discussed based on 51 SCM as the core controller.This power has function of presetting voltage,adjusting stepping forward,outputting voltage signal and current signal and displaying it at the same time.Overall design plan of system is discussed,mainly including five parts which are micro-controller,voltage stabilization controlling module,displaying module,keyboard module and power module.It is system principle to take AT89S51 SCM as control unit,to drive power tube to get stabilization voltage output with reference voltage outputed from DAC0832 D/A chip and output stabilization voltage and constant current,to change sampling voltage and current into digital signal with ADC0804 A/D chip and again to deliver signal to LCD1602 to display present current after data signal is processed through SCM.Main performance parameter of NC DC regulated power supply are measured and summarized finally and its prospects for development are forecast.
