and 只用在百和十之间,six hundred和sixty-five之间就用了,后面百位是零,所以可能认为是thousand后面要跟and,其实应该是百（hundred）和十位之间要加and,其他的直接读就行了.
问题补充里面,为什么million后面没有and?但thousand后面有and?
