    As we all know,exercise is good for our health.We can become stronger if we take more exercises.And exercise is more important to those small children and middle school students.If they take some exercises everyday,such as running,basketball,swimming and so on,they will grow higher and higher.Besides that,exercise can make the blood in our bodies running more quickly,thus make us healthier and healthier.

    However,exercise is not useful to everybody.Some of us should not take violent exercise.For example,if you have got heart diseases,then the exercise will not rescue you.Instead,it would kill you,if the exercise is too much violent.Moreover,some old people also can not take some exercises,such as running too fast or swimming for a long time.It will make them feel too tired.

    In a word,exercise is a good way to make us healthy,but we should take exercises properly according to the situation of every different person and every different time.
