英语中两个逗号之间的成分是插入语,即删去的话,对整个句子的结构无影响,我个人觉得 at the same time就是插入语~I am cooking the dinner和I am also cutting the apples for Erik是并列成分~按常理来说应该在后一个句子前加个and,但作者这样写也不算错,这是非常口语化的用法~一般不建议这样用~
