藏在骨子里的古典情调 -- 英语native speaker是不会用也不会理解“藏在骨子里的”这种直接翻译的词组的.用一个字就好-- "covert"
直译：
Charm of Covert Classics -- On the Transformation and Application of Classical Element Symbols in Modern Restaurants
意译：
如果你说的古典元素符号其实就是古典文化中用到的符号,建议将Classical Element Symbols改成Classical Symbols,Traditional Symbols of Classics 或者Classical Culture Symbols.上面的翻译没错,但是不好理解古典元素.
如果觉得题目太长,其实是我觉得有点长,可以改为：
Charm of Covert Classics -- On the Transformed Application of Classical Symbols in Modern Restaurants
