Abstract: The paper first discusses the catogories of apple and ite storage characteristics, as well as the factors that affect the storage, and lists the storage methods in the end. The paper introduces the development trend of the modern apple storage methods. Apple growers, operators and related enterprises could select the appropriate storage techniques based on their own economic conditions, natural conditions, etc., to continuously improve their own economic benefit.
