For students,pressure is our power to improve ourselves.there are many people who feel disgusting when thinking of the word "pressure", Nowdays,there aren't any newspapers、TV programs which not talking about releasing pressure.But it is not inconsistent between power releasing and our topic.

Objectively, the reason why pressure exists is that,there are many different and unavoidable setbacks and difficulties.Maybe someone gives to you the way you cannot recept.On the other hand,it is because students set them targets out of their reach,so they feel stressed.
Only in the state does man have a rational existence,Hegel said that.But what is retional?It's relate to people's needs.that is exactly not our standard.so we can only use our pressure properly to lead a happy life.
So we already realised that pressure is the only way to grow up,as well,pressure can make us have a healthier life.
