原句是这样的：If he had left last Friday,he would have got to Paris!虚拟语气,意思是如果他上个礼拜五就已经离开了的话,那么那会他可能已经到巴黎了.后边哪个那会指得是礼拜五以后,现在之前.对过去进行虚拟（上个礼拜五是过去的时间）,从句用过去完成时,主句用would 加现在完成时.理解了吧?而且去掉if,had可以提前,这是固定用法.
