I'm a university student,and I dedicate in the rowing team.We have three mandatory workout sessions per week,and they are all pretty intense.Sometimes,when I got tired during the session,I can always remember the first time when I joined the team with my friend.The first mission is to keep rowing for 5 km without any rest.After 30 minutes of rowing,I almost wanted to give up.But my friend told me that I was trying to risk the effort given by everybody,and if I would quit,I would never forgive myself after all.His word energized me,and I pushed myself with a great amount of pain.He said,"go ahead,bro,I got your back." Then we finished the first workout together.Now,it's been three years,the pressure and intensity of the weekly workout have never gone.However,I could always be energized as long as I remember the encouragement from my friend.
