Today I want to talk about Huangshan.It is one of the ten best-known Chinese scenic spots.I have found a picture of this amazing place.It is a rock named sacred peach rock.People like to climb the Tiandu peak.According to what is alleged,there is a Heavenly Capital.Approaching to the top of Tiandu peak there exist a huge rock,which is named peach rock.You can see,in the picture,just as its name implies,the rock resembles a peach.And an interesting story about the rock has been hand down from generation to generation,here I’tell you about it.
Once,the Monkey King was travelling through the Huangshan Mountain,and He saw many people on the Tiandu peak have no water to drink and distressed by thirst.Than,Monkey King came to the clouds,bring his sacred peaches,and put them on the Tiandu peak.But people were reluctant to eat the peach.Gradually,the sacred peaches turned into several rocks and stayed there until today.
The story about the sacred peach rock has many different statements.There are also many legends about Huangshan,As an old saying said :You have no wish to visit any other mountain after viewing the Five Mountains,but you will not even be eager to visit them after you come back from a trip to Huangshan Mountain.
