通常情况下是用for,用on的情形比较少
She still owes for the car.她仍然没付清这辆车的钱
He still owes for what he bought last summer.
他去年夏天买东西欠的钱还未还呢 !
We owe the plumber for services rendered.
我们因修理工提供的服务而欠了他债
一般用on是在 owe后面加上修饰性的词,比如形容欠了大量的钱,用
owe + a great lot/deal等词,后面用on+宾语.但此处用for也可以,所以总体来说,还是不要用on了,全部用for就没问题
