4. Transport documents bearing reference by stamp or otherwise to costs additional to the freight changes are not acceptable.

5. As the draft are to be drawn at 90 days from the date of b/l, payment will be made out to you without interest on due date within the credit amount (however interest should not exceed the prime currency in which goods are invoiced) however separate sets of drafts and invoices to be prepared for interest amount. Interest payable outside the credit amount without any engagement with the drawers, endorsed and/or bonafide holder of the drafts drawn under in compliance with the terms of the credit will be duly honored on presentation and that draft accepted within the terms of the credit will be specified above except as otherwise expressly stated. This credit is subject to the UCPDC(2007) revision ICC PUBL NO.600
