就是语气不同,加yet有一点问“有没有”的意思.
通常yet用在否定句：I haven't read the book yet.
而already用在肯定句：I have read the book already.
所以yet应该用在：Haven't you read the book yet?可是这句太强硬了,
反而用 Have you read the book yet?比较柔软些.
