英语里一个规则是,表示建议的suggest 后面引导的从句,不管任何时态,动词要用原型,也就是不能加任何后缀（s/es/ed）或者在前面加情态动词,suggestion 后面引导的同位语从句同理.所以本题里的 suggestion 后面的从句中的动词present 要用原型.类似的动词还有advise.不知道你听懂没有?
