There is a circle of water. It falls from the sky as rain or snow, on the ground it goes into the stream, the river or gets underground, then it flows into the sea. On its journey, when the temperature is high or the sun shines on it, it turns into steam and flies to the sky again, where much of them form the clouds. When the clouds are thick and heavy, it will create rain or snow, so the water comes back to the earth again.
