如果主句是现在式或将来式,间接引语时态不变
He says that the sun is rising
如果是“the sun rise east" 说的是客观真理
那时态也不变he says that the sun rise east
that 在口语中可以省略.
如果是过去式,那么间接引语相应改变时态
he said that the sun was rising
另外,He says he has played basketball是错误的
