make clear如果后面不跟that从句,跟what how who引导的句子,it形式主语还要加在中间吗?

make it clear that(what/how/who) 的it不能省略,至少我没有见过省略it后跟从句.

look后面有直接跟从句,比如,Look what you have done to the young lady.（省略了at）

但恐怕没有跟that的情况除非look作名词,比如,Get the facial hair look that she likes best.

look 一般都是要加介词的,at最常用.作系动词时look like = seem
