Summer is coming,how can we make life more healthy in this summer vacation?
Here is my summer vacation plan.First,we should assure enough sleep,so we have to Early to bed and early to rise.Second,we should keep our diet balance ,so we have to eat more vegetables and fruit.Third,we need to have a healthy body,so we should play sports at least three times a week.And then maybe we can have a travel with our household or friends.we can also watch TV or paly computer games in our free time to have fun.Finally we have to finish our homeworks seriously.
