Carrot eggs and coffee beans
One day,a daughter was not disgruntled with her father and complained about the difficult life.His father is a famous chef.He calmly listened to his daughter's complain and laughed,bringing her daughter into the kitchen.
Father took three bowls of the same size with water,only a big carrot into the first bowl,an egg into the second bowl and some coffee beans into the third bowl.Finally,he put the three bowls on the burning stove.
The Daughter stood aside and wondered his intention.20 minutes later,the father turned off the fire and asked his daughter to take two plates and a cup.Then he put the cooked eggs and carrots on the plates and the coffee into the cup.He asked her daughter,pointing to plates and cup :
"my dear,what did you see?"
Her daughter replied:"of course,I just saw carrots,eggs,and coffee."
His father said:"You may taste them and know what happened"
The daughter forked a piece of carrot,and found that carrot has become very soft.She cracked eggshell on the table,carefully rubbed the protein.Then she drank a mouthful of coffee .After that,the daughter began to answer the question:"The carrots become very soft ; the eggshell was still hard ; The coffee tastes good." then ,she asked her father confusedly "Dear Dad,why did you ask such a simple question?"
The father sternly watched her daughter:"You see these three things in the same big pot,took the same for cooking with the same water.They may have very different reactions.First the carrot is hard,at the end of cooking it has become so soft.father then asked his daughter :"how do you think about?"
Now,her daughter understood a little.His father added:"I would like to say is that in the face of the torment of life,you should become as strong as a cooked egg,not the soft carrot ,or like a coffee bean which gave out thick fragrance under the same environment.You should become strong enough in your life,make everything around you better ,more beautiful and more meaningful.
