to是不定式 后面一定要加动词原形的 be就是AM IS ARE 的原型啊 如果去掉句子就不完整了 ,换句话说,去掉句子就没有谓语动词了,是错误的.前面的IS不是该句的谓语动词,只是there be 句型的必须形式.希望说的还算具体.
