It is very important to keep healthy because without good health we can do nothing and it will bring lots of troubles to others.In order to stay in good health,we should do exercise at least forty minutes a day.So why not go out to do sports,such as,playing basketball,football and table tennis.Swimming and jogging are also good ways of keeping health.Besides,we should have good living habits,such as,going to bed and getting up early because it is important to have eight-hour sleep every day,washing hands in time,don't smoke or drink too much.What's more,laughing every day is also very important for us to keep healthy.
