可以分两部分吧

再写现在的样子 参考词汇：tall buildings、convenient traffic 、rich life 、busy road
结构大概： Great changes have taken place in my hometown .In former time .(写以前)
But with the rapid development of my hometown , .(写现在)
结尾再客套地感叹一下就好了.
