It's been a year now.I've still been dreaming of a better chance.I applied for the same school again.And I waited,while being prepared to spend the rest of my graduate life in Reno.I did not lose my hope,but I know chances are slim.The school does not have a tradition to give graduate student much money in the first semester.TA/RA is only given after at least one semester.
