Many companies have shown their interest in CRM (Customer Relations Management) in recent years,and many software makers at home and abroad have provided their software products in the name of CRM.A rising number of enterprises have come to understand the importance of the role of CRM softwares in overall business management,customers management and sales data analysis,and many of them are beginning to use the CRM system as a way of information management.
This research targets on the model of data collection and analysis within a CRM system,and on how to develop a B/S structured CRM system based on J2EE technology.Its key usage will be the searching of information like sales volume and value in a given period,the number of transactions,dealers'orders,and distribution and ranking of yearly sales,etc.The database used in this system will be SQL-SERVER 2000.
The system features that all statistical information can be reported in two choices,either in tables or in charts like a coordinate diagram or a pie graph,which gives users a more direct view of requested information.
