Attorneies should be entitled with wide litigious rights as the undertakers of key roles in the system of advocacy and of defense functions.However,attorneies will be confronted with various institutional barriers in phases of criminal proceedings performing defense duties.Owning to neglect in the defense position of the attorney during investigation,it's hard for the attorney to practice.The defense funciton of the attorney are restricted during the review and prosecution so that the defense attorney cannot defend.The defense function will be weakened due to despise in the defense of the attorney during the judgement.Relative laws should be amended and professional quality of attorneies should be improved so that the defense system can be reformed and constructed in order to review procedural justice and implement judical justice.
