Marketing conflicts are common on multi-channel marketing.The major reasons as follows:
First,the individual target from the marketing members are effected it.Generally,in order to achieve overall goal of an organization,as marketing members would like to contribute their abilities.However,once if there is a difference between the individual target and entirety or incompatibility of member each other is always causing conflict.
Second,while the members effect or stick to their colors how about achieve the overall goal of organization the conflict is also occur.
Finally,contradiction or diversity about customer target,marketing,division and technique are common on marketing member.It will create conflict if we could not deal with it very well.
