Dear mom and Ded ! I am writing to tell you that health is very important . Because you are too busy every day so you may think little of it . I think you had better go to work on foot instead of taking a bus or a car. Second you should go to the gym at least once a week , playing ball or swimming . Third you should keep a balanced diet and have three meals regularly. Finally you mustn't work too late and remember to go to bed early and get up early. I think only in this way can you be healthier than before. I do hope that you can keep fit .
