Doing outdoor exercises are very good for our health.Outdoor exercises included different kinds of sports; we should do it at least once a week to maintain a good health.It is not something hard to do,such as you can jog out your house in the morning before you go to school or work,this already count as an outdoor exercise.If you want to do some leisure sports,you could play football,tennis or even hiking.There are also some interesting outdoor exercises which you can do in water,such as windsurfing,swimming exacta.The reason why outdoor exercises are important is because it could allow you meet and know new friends.Doing outdoor exercises could also allow you to build a good body structure,make you stronger and this could avoid your body to get ill easily.You don’t need to spend a lot of time to do these outdoor exercises,I think about twice per week and each session about 1 hour would be a very good idea.
