I am very sorry to hear that you are often ill.I think it's very important to have good habbits so that we can stay in good health.Every morning you'd better get up early and do morning exercises before having breakfast.Taking a walk after supper is also important.It is not good to watch TV too long or go to bed too late.So try to have more sports in our spare time instead of staying at home.Eating too much at meal is bad for our health,too.You shouldn't eat junk food.You should eat enough fruit and vegetalbes because they are rich in vitamine which are good for your health.I think if you take my advice,you will get stronger and stronger.
