Recreation is an activity of leisure,.Recreational activities are supposed to be good for the health of our body and mind.Most importantly they should be done for enjoyment,amusement,or pleasure and are considered to be "fun".Sometimes people mix recreation with competition.The activities may be the same but the purpose become "winning" .In a winning and losing situation,rivalries often arise over the pursuits and retaliation may occur.The "fun" of recreation has been ruined by the tense of compete and fear for losing.
