In our daily life, we always have some food that is unhealthy,so we often become ill. Facing this situation . What should I do? There are some suggestions.
First, we should eat healthy food,don't eat junk food. Such as fast food, Fast food is not healthy.if we often eat it,we will become unhealthy.
Second, When we eat some food,we don't waste. Wasting food is wasting our lives.
Third, we should eat more vegetables and less meat .we should eat more fruit.
In a word, health is very important to us .we should try our best to save food and eat healthily.
