It’s a fact that we face more and more mental pressure in our life. In my opinion, everyone will meet some mental pressure in their life. But if it lasts along time, it may do harm to our body.
Whenever I meet pressure, I try to keep calm and think how to overcome it, sometimes it is very effective. When I’m stressed out, I listen to music or do some sports. After that, I often find that my moods become much better. If I can’t overcome it, I will turn to my parents, teachers or good friends.
To sum up, we should face pressure bravely and overcome it actively.
