I’ve learned that you’re having much stress in your
study. Do not worry, it is normal. I used to have the same feelings just as you
do now when I was a young girl.
Now, what you need is relax. Next comes some tips. First of all,
you are supposed to talk to somebody like parents,teachers,friends and so on,
sharing with them how you feel and what the problem is. Second, Why not trying
listening to some music while taking a deep breath? I think it's a good and
proper way to ease your minds. Last but not the least, I suggest that you do
some sports. Oh, God! I can still feel so eased the last time I danced. Anyway,
sports are the buttom choice if the former two tips make no sense.
