accidant-> accident(拼写错）后面再加个that,因为后面跟了一个句子

fell -> fall (to 后面用原形）
第三行
broken -> was broken 被摔伤了,单独用一个过去分词总归是不对的
his legs -> her leg 她的不是他的,前面自己说了是one of her legs,单数
running down her leg -> running down along her leg 沿着她的腿流下来
stopped by watching -> stopped to watch 停下来做另一件事,用stop to do,如果停下原来手上做的那件事用stop doing
第四行
everybody -> nobody 否则不要用but,很多人在看,但是没有人帮助她,所以用nobody
passed -> passing 正在过去的车,不是已经过去的车,用现在分词而非过去分词
第五行
injury -> injured 前者是名词,后者是过去分词作形容词作定语
of -> 去掉 后面有nearby,作后置定语不需要of
第六行
is -> was 时态用一般过去时
