这里是seated是形容词, 坐著的, 不是动词变式.
因为是修饰foreingers的状态.
"我看见接待室里有些坐著的外国人."
如果是seat或者seating, 就变成说一个动作, 意思就变了.
"我看见接待室里有些外国人正在坐."
这样... 就很搞笑了...lll
